added an aggregate section to the training activities webpage. i do have some regret with how i recorded training activity data in the past as i did have records back to 02/2023 on the kanban, but it was aggregated by month and not by day

though i now record activity datapoints at a granular level, it probably would have been better to have started on the activity webpage at the start of keeping activity data a few years ago (similar to how running data started on 09/2021 and was maintained consistently with the distances webpage since then)

spent time organizing and cleaning the filesystems of devices i use: desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet. have found enjoyment in finding small improvements to declutter here-and-there
